Full concept to launch management of this exclusive to Waitrose launch. Working with the world famous chef Yotam Ottolenghi to develop a restaurant standard product range for retail. Leading the NPD, branding & packaging, Sourcing, commercial & contract negotiations, marketing & In-store launch.

As the second largest biscuit manufacturer in the UK Fox's Burtons biscuits were significantly under trading in the OOH sector. We established a Foodservice channel strategy for their branded and Own label ranges. Redesign products to ensure their fit for purpose for OOH & developed marketing and sales playbooks to ensure future success.

A short term resource project commercialising the seasonal Halloween & Christmas cakes, puds & sweet pies ranges. Working with NPD team to develop new products including Christmas & Creepy Colin!
