For more than 25 years I’ve worked in the food industry leading food projects with some of the worlds biggest retailers and hospitality businesses - Ottolenghi, Starbucks, Fox's Burtons Biscuits, Marks and Spencer's, Bidfood, Brakes & Alpha to name a few. Highly skilled in concept to launch projects, Food brand and channel sales strategies.
I'm a little of a unicorn having experience across multiple channels and in both NPD & commercial sides.
I was a key member in a bakery chain VC buyout scaling the business to national coverage.
I'm also studying for a diploma in nutritional medicine dealing into how food contributes to our health and causes ill health, enabling me to better design products to optimise nutrients for the consumer.
